I managed each of the DL06 PLC projects from concept to completion.
- Establish parts list in Excel spreadsheet and price electrical items.
- After cost approval, electrical items were purchased and received.
- Initiated machining and fabrication processes on required items.
- Assembled controls, wrote PLC program and began testing.
- Completed final testing after assembly and PLC program finalized.
- Released project to production.
