Project Management

I managed each of the DL06 PLC projects from concept to completion.

  •  Establish parts list in Excel spreadsheet and price electrical items.
  •  After cost approval, electrical items were purchased and received.
  • Initiated machining and fabrication processes on required items.
  •  Assembled controls, wrote PLC program and began testing.
  •  Completed final testing after assembly and PLC program finalized.
  •  Released project to production.
